Exchange Policy

By placing an order with luxury home decor, you agree to the following terms. We established these policies to guarantee that you are completely informed of our refund and return policies and procedures. These policies apply to all countries where we offer our products.
In case the item is defected, we offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to exchange it. We will initiate the processing of same item to the customer once we have received the defected one.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at luxuryhomedecor4you@gmail.com. Provide us with a detailed description of the issue along with the photos for proof.

If your exchange requested is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to ship your product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest approach to assure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after we get the return, we will send you the new item.
