Can I cancel the order once placed?Yes, if you change your mind with in 4 hours after placing the order you can send us an email with your order number to cancel it without incurring any charges. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled. The payment will be refunded to original payment method or through email transfer. What is the exchange policy?In case the item is defected we offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to return it. We will provide a new item once we have received the damaged one. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.
